Justina Shiroka &#8211; Pula, me profesion \u00ebsht\u00eb ekonomiste dhe ka qen\u00eb edhe akademike, por ka ushtruar edhe funksione politike dhe institucionale.<br>Shiroka-Pula n\u00eb vitin 2025 \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur kryetare e Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave dhe Arteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (ASHAK), duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb gruaja e par\u00eb q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion, t\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb vitin 1975.<br>Ajo shkollimin fillor dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm e ka p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1976 ka diplomuar n\u00eb Fakultetin Ekonomik t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.<br>Studimet pasuniversitare n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e teoris\u00eb dhe politik\u00ebs s\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik i ka p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb vitin 1984 n\u00eb Fakultetin e Shkencave Ekonomike t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Zagrebit.<br>Shiroka-Pula ka kryer doktoratur\u00ebn n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs me tez\u00ebn e doktorat\u00ebs me titull \u201cInvestimet demografike dhe zhvillimi ekonomik i Kosov\u00ebs\u201d.<br>Karrier\u00ebn profesionale e ka nisur n\u00eb Bank\u00ebn Popullore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1978 ka filluar pun\u00ebn si ligj\u00ebruese n\u00eb Fakultetin Ekonomik. Gjithashtu, ka ndjekur edhe studime pasdoktorale n\u00eb Universitetin e Linzit n\u00eb Austri dhe n\u00eb Universitetin e Arizon\u00ebs n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, si dhe ka kryer trajnime t\u00eb ndryshme profesionale n\u00eb universitete t\u00eb ndryshme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<br>N\u00eb politik\u00eb, ajo ka sh\u00ebrbyer si ministre e Energjis\u00eb dhe Minierave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga viti 2008 deri n\u00eb vitin 2011.
