P\u00ebr Komun\u00ebn e Tuzit, ky proces ka mbaruar. Komuna e Tuzit nuk do t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar m\u00eb pas rezultatin e procedur\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes ndonj\u00eb propozimi, rregullimi ose marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb re q\u00eb nuk ishte objekt i procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb arbitrazhit. Komuna e Tuzit njoftoi sot se procedura e arbitrazhit p\u00ebr demarkacionin midis asaj komune dhe Podgoric\u00ebs ka p\u00ebrfunduar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKomuna e Tuzit njofton publikun se procedurat para Komisionit t\u00eb Arbitrazhit kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar. T\u00eb gjitha propozimet p\u00ebr ndryshime territoriale t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit, nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt n\u00eb procedur\u00eb, u refuzuan, gj\u00eb q\u00eb thuhet qart\u00eb n\u00eb procesverbal. K\u00ebshtu, kufijt\u00eb e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me ligjin aktual mbeten n\u00eb fuqi\u201d, thekson deklarata e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit. Nga ajo administrat\u00eb lokale, ata shtuan se mund t\u00eb deklarojn\u00eb se propozimi i tyre p\u00ebr ndarjen e pron\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi propozim q\u00eb nuk u refuzua gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb arbitrazhit, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson t\u00eb vetmin model t\u00eb pranuar t\u00eb ndarjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb procedur\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cP\u00ebr Komun\u00ebn e Tuzit, ky proces ka mbaruar. Komuna e Tuzit nuk do t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e m\u00ebvonshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar rezultatin e procedur\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes ndonj\u00eb propozimi, rregullimi ose marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb re q\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb objekt i procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb arbitrazhit\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit. Ata deklaruan se kufijt\u00eb e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit mbeten t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nga ligji aktual dhe se t\u00eb drejtat dhe interesat e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit do t\u00eb mbrohen me t\u00eb gjitha mjetet demokratike, institucionale dhe ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instituti Shqiptaro – Amerikan ende nuk e ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb vendimin e Arbitrazhit, por presim q\u00eb lajmet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsohen sepse disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb paqarta, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: vendbanimet Mali i Kakarriqit, Luhar, Ledin\u00eb, Llopar\u00eb, Koshtica dhe Liqeni Rikavec.
