Dit\u00ebn e sotme, n\u00eb gjykat\u00ebn themelore t\u00eb Podgoric\u00ebs, rreth or\u00ebs 14.10 u lirua Dod\u00eb Ivanaj nga akuza se kishte “prishur imazhin e shtetit malazez”.
Doda akuzohej se m\u00eb 21 maj n\u00eb fshatin Koj\u00eb, pran\u00eb monumentit t\u00eb “D\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb Koj\u00ebs” ka hequr flamurin e Malit t\u00eb Zi nga shtiza dhe m\u00eb pas e ka hedhur n\u00eb tok\u00eb duke e shkelur.
Burime pran\u00eb familjes kan\u00eb konfirmuar se n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 21 maj ai nuk ndodhej n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, por n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, duke theksuar se kjo mund t\u00eb verifikohet leht\u00eb dhe se arrestimi ka motive politike.
Arrestimi i z. Ivanaj \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer m\u00eb 9 qershor\u00eb gjat\u00eb hyrjes s\u00eb tij nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb territorin e Malit t\u00eb Zi. Kurse, m\u00eb 10 qershor \u00ebsht\u00eb liruar.
Instituti Shqiptaro Amerikan d\u00ebnon ashp\u00ebr arrestimin, ndalimin dhe procedimin e padrejt\u00eb t\u00eb Dod\u00eb Ivanajt. Poashtu, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb hetim t\u00eb plot\u00eb, transparent dhe t\u00eb pavarur p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ky arrestim, kush e ka urdh\u00ebruar dhe mbi \u00e7far\u00eb baz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar kjo akuz\u00eb?!
Monumenti i “D\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb Koj\u00ebs” \u00ebsht\u00eb vend i shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb. Aty pushojn\u00eb burrat e Koj\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb Mal\u00ebsia kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngrit\u00eb krye ndaj okupatorit, ata ishin t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm, prandaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e udh\u00ebs q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb provokoj\u00eb duke vendosur simbole ose gj\u00ebra t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sjellin zem\u00ebrim tek popullata e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
