All proposals for territorial changes of the municipality of Tuzi, from both sides in the proceedings, were rejected, which is clearly stated in the minutes. Thus, the borders of the municipality of Tuzi defined by the current law remain in force,” the statement of the municipality of Tuzi points out. From that local administration, they added that they can state that their proposal for the division of property is the only proposal that was not rejected during the arbitration procedure, and therefore represents the only accepted model of property division in this procedure.

AAI does not yet have the Arbitration decision in hand, but we expect the news to be updated because some issues have remained unclear, such as: the settlements of Mali i Kakarriqi, Luhar, Ledinë, Lloparë, Koshtica and Lake Rikavec. We hope that the Municipality of Tuzi will come out with full transparency on these fundamental issues as soon as possible.
